    To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee:

    • You must submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase
    • You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content
    • You must not have downloaded excessive course materials
    • You must not have attempted to abuse the refund policy

    5. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    6. Subscription Cancellations

    If you have a subscription with us, you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation:

    • You will continue to have access to the subscription until the end of your current billing period
    • No further charges will be made to your payment method
    • Refunds for the current billing period are not provided unless required by law

    Note: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
